XR2103

      The XR2103 os a monolithic switched-capacitor filter designed to perform the complete filtering funtion necessary for a bell 103 compatible model. The XR-2103 is specifically intended for use with the XR-14412 modulator/demodulator to form a complete stand alone two-chip model. in addition to cpmplete high and low bandpass filters, the XR-2103 contains internal mode switching, auto-zero-ing limiter and dedicated duplexer or amp. An on board carrier detect cuircuit is also included to complete the overall system.Designed for crystal-controlled operation. The XR-2103 operates from a 1.0 MHz crystal or external clock. Buffered clock output is provided for the XR-14412.A self-test cuircuit is included. An input amplifier with programmable gain is provided for the recive signals. The XR-2103, available in a 20 pin package, utilizes CMOS technology for low operation with a supply voltage range from 4.75 V to 6 V .
      XR2103 has seven unique features: The first one is single 5 V operation. Thesecond one is complete on board output active filters. The third one is low supply current . The forth one is internal answer/originate mode switching. The fifth one is programmable input receive gain. The sith one is carrier detect output. The seventh one is active duplexer. At the same time , it also has many applications. The first one is Bell 103 trasmit/receive filtering. The second one is complement to XR-14412 or other. The third one is modulators/demodulators.
