XR-T5675

The XR-T5675 is a bipolar monolithic dual line driver designed to drive PCM lines up to a 10 MBPS rate.The device is powered from a single 5 V±5% source.Its current comsumption is 14 mA (typical) and the output can be pulled up to 20 VDC.There are some features as follows.First is 50 mA output drive current capability.The second is low current consumption (18 mA Max).Then is high speed switching.Next is dual matched driver outputs.The fifth is high output voltage.The last one is TTL or DTL compatible inputs.The typical applications include T1, T1C, T2, 2.048 MBPS and 8.448 MBPS PCM driver,LAN line driver,relay driver and LED/lamp driver.
