XMT3350

The XMT3350 has five features.The first one is reliable 1300 nm MOVPE BH laser.The second one is single 5 volt supply.The third one is compact FC connectorized 14 pin DIP plastic package.The fourth one is speeds to 250 mbits/second.The fifth one is low power consumption:500 mW typical.

The XMT3350 transmitter converts serial ECL signals to lightwaverts in the 1300 nanometer bant at rates from 50 to 250 Mbit/s.The transmitter will operate with either Vcc or Vee grounded for direct interface with ECL (Vcc=0 V) or pseudo ECL,TTL or CMOS (Vcc=+5V).The buried heterostructure laster and planar monitor detector are fabricated by the metal oranic vapor phase (MOVPE) process for high reliability,performance and consistency.
