The XL93LL66 is a low voltage 4,096-bit,nonvolatile,serial E2PROM.It is fabricated using EXEL's advanced CMOS E2PROM technology.The XL93LL66 provides efficient nonvolatile read/write memory arranged as 256 registers of 16 bits each.Four 11-bit instructions control the operation of the device,which include read,write,write disable and write enable functions.The data output pin (DO) indicates the status of the device during the self-timed nonvolatile programming cycle.

The XL93LL66 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is temperature under bias,the rating is -40 to +85.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -65 to +150.When parameter is lead soldering temperature(less than 10 seconds),the rating is 300.When parameter is supply voltage,the rating is 0 to 7.0V.When parameter is voltage on any pin,the rating is -0.3V to Vcc+0.3V.When parameter is ESD rating,the rating is 2000V.
