The XL78C800 is an electrically-reprogrammable CMOS ASIC component with multi-level logic capabilities.Designed to integrate a wide variety of user-defined logic functions a single package,this fast-turnaround ASIC device is an ideal choice when time-to-market,board space and power are at a premium.

The XL78C800 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is temperature under bias,the rating is -55 to +125.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -65 to +150.When parameter is programming mode pin voltage,the rating is -0.5V to +21.25V.When parameter is preload voltage,the rating is -0.5V to 13.0V.When parameter is output current,the rating is 5mA.Stresses above those listed under "absolute maximum ratings" may cause permanent damage to the module.This is a stress rating only and the functional operation of the module at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operational sections of this specification is not implied.Exposure to absolute maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect module reliability.Although this product includes specific circuitry to protect it from electrostatic discharge.Conventional precautions should be taken to protect it from any voltages higher than rated maxima.
