XL2804A

The XL2804A is a full-feature 512 * 8 bit E2PROM (Electrically erasable programmable read only memory).Read access time are as low as 250ns;standby current,less than 40mA.The device is fully functional with a single 5 V power supply,and the XL2804A is manufactured with EXEL's 2.5 NMOS E2PROM process.

The XL2804A has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is temperature under bias,the rating is -10 to +85.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -65 to +120.When parameter is lead soldering temperature (less than 10 seconds),the rating is 300.When parameter is supply voltage,the rating is 0 to 6.5V.When parameter is voltage on any pin,the rating is -0.5V to Vcc+0.3V.When parameter is EDS rating,the rating is 2000V.When parameter is output current,the rating is 5mA.
