XE5201

The XE5201 provides a complete embeddable controller in a rugged, miniature module. Xecom based the XE5201 on the Philips 80C552 microcontroller. It includes 32 Kbytes each of SRAM and RAM, 128Kbytes of flash memory. Xecom embeds development tools in flash memory to assist with application development. Additional design software tools and hardware development kit are available.
