(1) low-Power advanced CMOS NOR FLASH process; endurance of 20,000 program/erase cycles; (2) operation over full industrial temperature range (-40 to +85); (3) JTAG command initiation of standard FPGA configuration; (4) cascadable for storing longer or multiple bitstreams; (5) dedicated boundary-scan (JTAG) I/O power supply (VCCJ); (6) I/O pins compatible with voltage levels ranging from 1.5 V to 3.3 V; (7) 3.3 V supply voltage; (8) serial FPGA configuration interface (up to 33 MHz); (9) in-System programmable PROM for configuration of Xilinx FPGA.
