The XC6371A501PR is one member of the XC6371 series which designed as one kind of PWM controlled,step-up DC/DC converters with some features such as:(1)selectable oscillator frequency:50 kHz,100 kHz,180 kHz;(2)CMOS low power consumption;(3)operating voltage:0.9V to 10.0V;(4)output voltage range:2.0V to 7.0V;(5)output voltage accuracy:±2.5%.On-chip proprietary phase compensation and soft start-up circuits ensure excellent transient response and improved performance.Every built-in switching transistor type enables a step-up circuit to be configured using only three external components;a coil,a diode,and a capacitor.External transistor versions are available to accommodate high output current applications.
