The X9438WP24 is one member of the X9438 family which is designed as the monolithic CMOS IC that incorporates two operational amplifiers and two nonvolatile digitally controlled potentiometers. X9438WP24 can be used to implement the amplifier as a wiper buffer in circuits that use the potentiometer as a voltage reference, and can also be combined with the amplifier yielding a digitally programmable gain amplifier or programmable current source.
Features of the X9438WP24 are:(1)Two CMOS voltage operational amplifiers;(2)Two CMOS voltage operational amplifiers;(3)Can be combined or used separately;(4)Amplifiers:Low voltage operation, V+/V- = ±2.7V to ±5.5V, Rail-to-rail CMOS performance and 1 MHz gain bandwidth product;(5)Digitally controlled potentiometers: Dual 64 tap potentiometers, Rtotal = 10k, 2-wire serial interface and VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V.
