Description

The X9430WV24 is one member of the X9430 family which is designed as the monolithic CMOS IC that incorporates two operational amplifiers (CMOS differential input voltage operational amplifiers with near rail-to-rail outputs) and two nonvolatile digitally controlled potentiometers. This device can be used to implement the amplifier as a wiper buffer in circuits that use the potentiometer as a voltage reference, and can also be combined with the amplifier yielding a digitally programmable gain amplifier or programmable current source.

Features of the X9430WV24 are:(1)two CMOS voltage operational amplifiers; (2)two digitally controlled potentiometers; (3)can be combined or used separately; (4)amplifiers: low voltage operation, V+/V- = +/-2.7V to +/-5.5V, rail-to-rail CMOS performance and 1 MHz gain bandwidth product; (5)digitally controlled potentiometer: dual 64 tap potentiometers, total = 10k, SPI serial interface and Vcc = 2.7 V to 5.5 V.
