X25320V-2.7

The X25320V-2.7 belongs to the X25320 series. It is a kind of CMOS 32768-bit serial E²PROM, internally organized as 4K*8. It is available in 14-lead TSSOP package. It has some features as follows. (1) 2 MHz clock rate and low power; (2) block lock protection; (3) built-in inadvertent write protection; (4) self-timed write cycle; (5) high reliability.
