The WS57C45-35 is one member of the WS57C45 family which is designed as the extremely High Performance 16K UV Erasable Electrically Re-Programmable Read Only Memory (RPROM) that has some points of features: (1)ultra fast access time: tACC=35 ns and tCS=15 ns; (2)low power consumption; (3)immune to latch-up: up to 200 mA; (4)ESD Protection Exceeds 2000 V;(6)Available in 300 and 600 Mil DIP, CLLCC, and Flatpack;(7)Pin Compatible with AM27S45 and CY7C245;(8)Programmable Asynchronous Initialize Register;(9)DESC SMD Nos. 5962-88735/5962-87529.

The WS57C45-35 is manufactured in an advanced CMOS technology which enables it to operate at Bipolar PROM speeds while consuming only 25% of the power required by its Bipolar counterparts, and is configured in the standard Bipolar PROM pinout which provides an easy upgrade path for systems which are currently using Bipolar PROMs, or its predecessor.
