The WS57C256F-1 is one member of the WS57C256F family which is designed as the high performance 256K UV erasable electrically programmable read only memory (EPROM) that has five points of features: (1)fast access time: 55 ns; (2)low power consumption; (3)DESC SMD no. 5962-86063; (4)standard EPROM pinout; (5)EPI processing: latch-up immunity up to 200 mA; (6)standard EPROM pinout.

This device WS57C256F-1 is manufactured using an advanced CMOS process technology enabling it to operate at speeds as fast as 55 ns access time, and is configured in the standard EPROM pinout which provides an easy upgrade path for systems which are currently using standard EPROMs. Also it has exceptional output drive capability and can source 4 mA and sink 16 mA per output.
