      The WED3DG72126V is a kind of product which is organized as a 128M*72  synchronous DRAM module which consist of eighteen 64M*8 stack SDRAM  components in TSOP-11 package , and one 2K EEPROM in an 8-pin TSSOP package for Serial Prensence Delect which are mounted on a 168 Pin DIMM multilayer FR4 Substrate.
     The WED3DG72126V has eight unique features : The first one is burst mode operation. The second one is auto and self refresh capablity. The third one is LVTTL compatible inputs and outputs. The forth one is Fully synchronous that all signals are registered on the positive edge of the system clock. The fifth one is programmable burst lengths which is 1,2,4,8 or full page. The sixth one is 3.3 volt ±0.3 V power supply. The seventh one is 168-Pin DIMM JEDC. The eighth one is serial presence delect with EEPROM.
