WD1510-00

The WD1510-00 is an MOS/LSI memory buffer which is organized as a 9-bit by 128 or 132 word stack.The chip has 2 bidirectional data ports and may be read from or written into either port.Thus,the chip can function as a LIFO from either port or it can function as a FIFO,with data flow from either port A to port B or vice versa.The DIRECTION input pin is used to specify the data flow direction.The WD1510 is fabricated in 5-volt only N-channel technology.

WD1510-00 has many unique features: The first one is word length selectable (128 or 132).The second one is 9 bit word width.The third one is DC to 650 kHz(-00),1 MHz(-01),1.5 MHz(-02).The forth one is empty and full flags.The fifth one is 5-volt only.The sixth one is no external clocks required.The seventh one is TTL compatible on all inputs and outputs.The eighth one is 28 pin plastic or ceramic dip,etc.

There are some absolute maximum ratings about WD1510-00.Vcc with respect to Vss(ground) is +7V.Max voltage on any pin with respect to Vss is -0.5 V to 7 V.Operating temperature is 0 to 70.Storage temperature is -55 to 125(plastic) or is -65 to 150(ceramic).Input leakage(IL1) is 10 uA max when Vin is equal to Vcc.Output leakage(ILO) is 10 uA max when Vout is equal to Vcc and Vss.Input high voltage(VIH) is 2.2 V min. Input low voltage(VIL) is 0.8 V max.Output high voltage(VOH) is 2.4 V min when Io is -100 uA. Output low voltage(VOL) is .4 V max when Io is 1.6 mA. Power supply current(Icc) is 125 mA typ and 200 ma max(all outputs open).
