WD10C20-05

The WD10C20-05 is an LSI device implemented in a micron high-seed CMOS,designed to be compatible with WD1010 and WD2010 Winchester disk controllers and ST506/ST412 Winchester disk controllers and ST506/ST412 disk drives.In a typical application, it handles all sensitive read/write signals between a WD1010/WD2010 and the data drivers/receivers.Read data corresponds to previous splice noise.The WD10C20-05 removes these sources of noise and presents a clean,digital read signal to the WD1010/WD2010.

WD10C20-05 has many unique features: The first one is processes all sensitive read/write data signals.The second one is CMOS technology.The third one is designed for ST506/ST412 and WD1010/WD2010 interface.The forth one is highly stable LC type voltage controlled oscillator.The fifth one is zero phase startup provides faster,more predicatable lock acguisition.The sixth one is locks to crystal reference while idle,etc.

There are some maximum ratings about WD10C20-05.There are some absolute maximum ratings about it.Max voltage on any pin with respect to Vss(except adjust) is -0.5 V to 0.5 V.Vcc with respect to vss is 5.5 V.Storage temperature is -65 to 150.Operating temperature is 0 to 70.
