      The VZU-6997CY is designed as a 750 Watt TWT high power amplifier which has the feature of high efficiency in a compact package.
      VZU-6997CY has six features.The first one is about its compact which provides 750 watts of power in a 5 rack unit package, digital ready, for wideband, single- and multi-carrier satellite service in the 17.3-18.4 GHz frequency band.In the field where space and prime power are at a premium,it would be ideal for transportable and fixed earth station applications.The second one is that it would be efficient.It is designed to employs a high efficiency dual-depressed collector helix traveling wave tube backed by many years of field-proven experience in airborne and military applications.The third one is that it would be simple to operate.With integrated computer interface,the user would be easy to know the user-friendly microprocessor-controlled logic which also ba digital metering, pin diode attenuation and optional integrated linearizer for improved intermodulation performance.The fourth one is that it has global applications.It is designed to meets international safety standard EN-60215,electromagnetic compatibility 2004/108/EC and harmonic standard EN-61000-3-2 to satisfy worldwide requirements.The fifth one is that it is easy to maintain.With modular design and built-in fault diagnostic capability with convenient and clearly visible indicators for easy maintainability in the field.The last one is that it has a worldwide support.The CPI company has a worldwide 24-hour customer support network that includes sixteen regional factory service centers and also has three decades of satellite communications experience.
