The VUO160-12NO7 is designed as one member of the VUO160 series which is three phase rectifier bridge. Its Vrsm is 1200V and its Vrrm is also 1200V. Typical applications include supplies for DC power equipment, input rectifiers for PWM inverter, battery DC power supplies and field supply for DC motors. Advantages of VUO160-12NO7 include easy to mount with two screws, space and weight savings, improved temperature and power cycling.
VUO160-12NO7 has six features. (1) Package with screw terminals. (2) Isolation voltage 3000V. (3) Planar passivated chips. (4) Blocking voltage up to 1800V. (5) Low forward voltage drop. (6) UL registered E72873. That are all the main features.
