Description

Photocells or Light Dependent Resistors VT53N2 can provide a very economic and technically superior solution for many applications where the presence or absence of light is sensed (digital operation) or where the intensity of the light needs to be measured (analog operation). The VT53N2 photocells are in a TO-8 hermetic (metal to glass) package with a flat window. Hermetic package devices are typically used in harsh environments where high moisture, chemical vapor or dust is present.
