Description

Photocells or Light Dependent Resistors VT23N1 can provide a very economic and technically superior solution for many applications where the presence or absence of light is sensed (digital operation) or where the intensity of the light needs to be measured (analog operation). The VT23N1 photocells are TO-46 hermetic (metal to glass) package devices. They are small in size and have a flat window. Hermetic package devices are used in harsh environments where high moisture, chemical vapor or dust is present.
