The VSM85 is designed as surface mount hermetic resistor networks in leadless chip carrier (LCC) configuration which incorporate all the performance features of vishay bulk metal foil technology in a product ready for surface mounting. The multi-terminal ceramic LCC has gold plated terminals which wrap around from the side of the package to the underside for either socket or surface mounting.
Some important thing about VSM85 package and characteristics have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its number of pins which would be 16. The next one is about its maximum dimension in inches (mm) which would be 0.295 (7.493) for length and would be 0.360 (9.144) for width and would be 0.090 (2.286) for height and its LL would be N/A. The next one is about its chip capacity which would be 12 for V5X5 and would be 4 for V15X5.
