The VS-MURD620CTPbF is designed as one kind of ultrafast rectifiers with 2x3A FRED Pt. It is the state of the art ultrafast recovery rectifier specifically designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop and ultrafast recovery time. The planar structure and the platinum doped life time control, guarantee the best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability characteristics.
VS-MURD620CTPbF has five features. (1)Ultrafast recovery time. (2)Low forward voltage drop. (3)Low leakage current. (4)175°C operating junction temperature. (5)Compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of VS-MURD620CTPbF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its peak repetitive reverse voltage would be 200V. (2)Its average rectified forward current per device would be 6A. (3)Its non-repetitive peak surge current would be 50A. (4)Its peak repetitive forward current per diode would be 6A. (5)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
