The VS-HFA08SD60SPbF is designed as one kind of HEXFRED ultrafast soft recovery diodes with current of 8A. This diode is optimized to reduce losses and EMI/RFI in high frequency power conditioning systems. The softness of the recovery eliminates the need for a snubber in most applications.
