Description

The VS-8S2TH06FP is designed as one kind of hyperfast rectifiers with 8A FRED Pt. It is the state of the art tandem hyperfast recovery rectifiers: excellent switching performance and extremely low forward voltage drop trade off is overcome, boosting overall application performance.

VS-8S2TH06FP has six features. (1)Hyperfast recovery time, extremely low Qrr. (2)175°C maximum operating junction temperature. (3)High frequency PFC CCM operation. (4)Low leakage current. (5)Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition. (6)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of VS-8S2TH06FP have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 600V. (2)Its DC forward current would be 8A. (3)Its non-repetitive peak surge current would be 100A. (4)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of VS-8S2TH06FP are concluded as follow. (1)Its breakdown voltage, blocking voltage would be min 600V.
