The VS-30ETH06PbF is designed as one kind of hyperfast rectifiers with 30A FRED Pt. State of the art hyperfast recovery rectifiers designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop, hyperfast recovery time and soft recovery. The planar structure and the platinum doped life time control guarantee the best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability characteristics.
VS-30ETH06PbF has seven features. (1)Reduced Qrr and soft recovery. (2)175°C Tj maximum. (3)For PFC CRM/CCM operation. (4)Low forward voltage drop. (5)Low leakage current. (6)Compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC. (7)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of VS-30ETH06PbF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its peak repetitive reverse voltage would be 600V. (2)Its average rectified forward current would be 30A. (3)Its non-repetitive peak surge current would be 200A. (4)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
