The VS-25 is deisgned as a miniature high performance RF hybrid PIN diode switch with internal driver and internal 50 ohms terminations. This switch exhibits high on/off isolation between ports, low insertion loss, and low power consumption. The sturdy construction and sealed package will withstand harsh environmental conditions. It has a CMOS compatible (or open collector TTL) welded package.
Some absolute maximum ratings of VS-25 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its operating temperature range would be from -54°C to 100°C. (2)Its total RF input power would be 1W at 25°C. (3)Its maximum DC supply voltage would be +18V. (4)Its switching (control) voltage should be not to exceed the supply voltage. (5)Its RF input power would be 10dBm. (6)Its DC supply current would be 25mA at 15V. (7)Its switching (control) voltage of nomal operating would be 15V. (8)Its DC supplt voltage would be +15V at 35mA. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some frequency bands of VS-25 are concluded as follow. (1)Its insertion loss would be 0.8dB from 50MHz to 100MHz.
