VR1101W has five features. (1)Ultra compact (single color 1.5mmx3mm, bipolor 2.5mmx3mm). (2)Automatic loading enabled using 8mm width tape. (3)High density mounting. (4)Serialized single and bipolors. (5)Wide range of types. Those are all the mian features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of VR1101W have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its forward current would be 30mA. (2)Its peak forward current would be 70mA. (3)Its reverse voltage would be 4V. (4)Its power dissipation would be 75mW.(5)Its operating temperature range would be from -30°C to 85°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -30°C to +90°C. It should be noted that current derating at temperature above Ta=25°C is 0.42mA/°C (DC), 0.93mA/°C pulsed. Ifm is for tw>=1msec and duty cycle<=1/20. In case of bipolor type, absolute maximum ratings are Pd=75mA, If=30mA, Ifm=70mA when both diodes are ON. And also stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
