The VPH03 is designed as video output amplifier for a high definition TV integrates a complete amplifier using high-precision FBET and LSBT transistor chips into a single IC, allowing very high-output voltage, wide-bandwidth video output amplifier circuits to be implemented with greatly reduced parts count.
VPH03 has six features. (1)High performance. (2)Up to 100Vp-p output voltage. (3)50MHz typical bandwidth. (4)Simplifies circuit design. (5)Compact package. (6)Metal casing reduces EMI. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of VPH03 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its maximum supply voltage would be 230V for Vcc and would be 20V for Vss. (2)Its ambient power dissipation would be 3.5W at Ta=25°C and it would be 20W at Tc=25°C. (3)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (4)Its operating temperature would be 85°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -20°C to 110°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics of VPH03 are concluded as follow. (1)Its frequency bandwidth would have the minimum value of 27MHz and the typical value of 30MHz at Vout=100Vp-p and it would have the minimum value of 25MHz and the typical value of 27MHz at Vout=150Vp-p. (2)Its voltage gain DC would be min 23 and typ 25 and max 29. (3)Its current dissipation would be typ 40mA at f=10MHz clock, condition 1 and would be typ 58mA at f=30MHz clock, conditions 1 and it would be typ 57mA at f=10MHz clock, condition 2 and it would be 82mA at f=30MHz clock and conditions 2.
