VP1410

The VP1410 is a kind of speech processor. It is a CMOS LSI for multi-message speech reproduction usage. VP1410 is designed to reform Eletech's VM-410 speech module more compact and reliable. When connected to external speech ROM, max. 10 messages can be re-played the corresponding I/O signals.

There are some features of VP1410 as follows: (1)high quality speech generation; (2)speech synthesis with external EPROM or ROM; (3)speech ROM dividable into max. 10 different messages; (4)compatible to Eletech VP-880 voice development system; (5)built-in I/O debounce circuit to prevent false triggering; (6)memory addressable up to 1024k bits; (7)single 3 V to 6 V supply voltage with low power consumption; (8)inexpensive RC oscillator; (9)bit rate adjustable from 9.5K to 128K bps; (10)continuous variable slope delta modulation (CVSD) technique; (11)internal 12 MHz memory serch clock.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of VP1410 : (1)supply voltage, VCC-VSS: 0 to 7 V; (2)input voltage, VIN: VSS to VDD V; (3)operating temperature, TOP: -10 to 60; (4)storage temperature. TST: -20 to 80.
