Gate to body leakage forward(I_GSSF) is -1 nA typ and -100 nA max when V_GS is -30 V and V_DS is 0. Gate to body leakage reverse(I_GSSR) is 1 nA typ and 100 nA max when V_GS is +30V and V_Ds is 0. Zero gate voltage drain current(I_DSS) is -1A typ and -10 A max when VDS is -25V and V_GS is 0 while is -50A typ , -500A max when V_DS is -25V, Vgs is 0 and Tc is 125. Static drain-source on-state voltage(V_DS(on) ) is -2.2 V typ and -2.5 V max when V_GS is -12V and I_D is -1A. Static drain-source on-state resistance(R_DS(on) ) is 3.2 typ and 3.63 max when V_GS is -12V , I_D is -1A and Tc is 125. Thermal resistance: Junction to case(R_thjc) is 24 /W typ and 29/W max. Junction to ambient(R_thJA) is 125/W max.
