The VC16374ADGG is designed as a 16-bit edge-triggered flip-flop featuring separate D-type inputs for each flip-flop and 3-State outputs for bus oriented applications. VC16374ADGGconsists of 2 sections of eight positive edge-triggered flip-flops. A clock (CP) input and an output enable (OE) are provided for each octal.

VC16374ADGG has nine fetaures. (1)5 volt tolerant inputs/outputs for interfacing with 5V logic. (2)Wide supply voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V. (3)Complies with JEDEC standard no.8-1A. (4)CMOS low power consumption. (5)MULTIBYTETM flow-through standard pin-out architecture. (6)Low inductance multiple power and ground pins for minimum noise and ground bounce. (7)Direct interface with TTL levels. (8)All data inputs have bus hold. (9)High impedance when Vcc=0. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of VC16374ADGG have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its DC supply voltage would be from -0.5V to 6.5V. (2)Its DC input diode current would be -50mA. (3)Its DC input voltage would be from -0.5V to 6.5V. (4)Its DC output diode current would be +/-50mA. (5)Its DC output voltage output high or low state would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V.
