UTR2305

The UTR2305 is a kind of miniature fast recovery rectifier. It has some features as follows. (1) continuous rating is up to 4 A; (2) controlled avalanche; (3) surge rating is up to 100 A; (4) PIV is 600 V; (5) maniature package.
