USH5008

The USH5008 is a high voltage integrated circuit (HIVIC) designed for switching high voltage analog signals.This HIVIC can be used in ultrasound imaging systems and in other applications that require flexible high voltage switching controlled by internal CMOS logic signals.Features of the USH5008 are:(1)180V analog signal switching; (2)dc to 10MHZ analog signal frequency; (3)on resistance 30 ohms; (4)turn on/turn off 2us; (5)rf isolation 45 db at 10MHz; (6)push-pull driver ; (7)internal level shifters; (8)silicon-gate CMOS logic; (9)low power dissipation.
