The USD935 is a power schottky rectifiers.The USD900 series of schottky barrier power rectifiers is ideally suited for output rectifiers and catch diodes in low voltage power supplies.Features of the USD935 are:(1)very low forward voltage(0.5V max @16A); (2)reverse transient capability; (3)econcmical convenient plastic package ; (4)mechanically rugged; (5)50V rlocking voltage.
