The USD835 is a power schottky rectifiers.The USD800 series of schottky barrier power rectitiers is ideally suited for output rectifier and catch diodes in low voltage power supplies.Features of the USD835 are:(1)very low forward voltage (0.45V max @ 12A); (2)reverse transient capability; (3)economical convenient platic package; (4)mechanically rugged ; (5)50V blocking voltage @ rated Tjmax.
