USD550 has eight features. (1)Very low forward voltage (0.6V at 60A, 125°C). (2)Low recovered charge. (3)Rugged package design DO-5. (4)High efficiency for low voltage supplies. (5)Low thermal resistance 0.8°C/W. (6)High surge current 1000A. (7)Low reverse current <50mA rated Vr at 125°C. (8)Available with flexible top lead. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of USD550 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its working peak reverse voltage would be 50V. (2)Its DC blocking voltage would be 50V. (3)Its peak repetitive surge voltage would be 60V. (4)Its peak repetitive forward current (rated Vr, square wave, 20KHz, 50 percent duty cycly) would be 150A.
