US3B

The US3B is designed as one kind of ultrafast silicon rectifier diodes.

US3B has seven features and mechanical features. (1)Max solder temperature is 260°C. (2)Okastic material has UL classification 94V-0. (3)Plastic case is SMC/DO214AB. (4)Weight approx 0.12g. (5)Terminals plated terminals solderable per MIL-STD-750. (6)Mounting position would be any. (7)Standard packaging is 3000 pieces per reel. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of US3B have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its max average forward current R load would be 3A. (2)Its repetitive peak forward current f>15Hz would be 15A. (3)Its peak forward surge current 50Hz half sinus-wave would be 100A. (4)Its rating for fusing t<10ms would be 50A2s. (5)Its maximum thermal resistance junction to ambient would be 50K/W (mounted on PC board with 50mm2 copper pads at each terminal). (6)Its maximum thermal resistance junction to terminals would be 10K/W. (7)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -50°C to 150°C. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -50°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to US3B.

Also some electrical characteristics of US3B are concluded as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 100V. (2)Its surge peak reverse voltage would be 100V. (3)Its maximum forward voltage at Tj=25°C and If=3A would be 1V. (4)Its maximum reverse recovery time at If=0.5A, Ir=1A, Irr=0.25A would be 50ns. (5)Its maximum leakage current at Tj=25°C, Vr=Vrrm would be less than 10uA and it would be less than 300uA at Tj=100°C and Vr=Vrrm. And so on.
