(3)Its DC blocking voltage would be 50V. (4)Its RMS reverse voltage would be 35V. (5)Its average rectifier forward current would be 10A per leg and would be 20A per total device. (6)Its peak repetitive forward current would be 20A (rated Vr, square wave 20KHz, Tc=125°C). (7)Its non-repetitive peak surge current would be 150A (surge applied at rate load conditions halfware single phase 60Hz). (8)Its operating temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (9)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
