UPP9401

The UPP9401 is a commercial two-way radio antenna switch  diode.With high isolation,low loss,and low distortion characteristics,this microsemi powermite PIN diode is perfect for two-way radio antenna switch applications where size and power handling capability are critical.Features of the UPP9401 are :(1)high power surface mount package ; (2)low bias current requirements; (3)high zero bias impedance; (4)compatible with automatic insertion equipment; (5)very low inductance and capacitance ; (6)full metallic bottom eliminates flux entrapment; (7)integral heat sink/locking tabs;(8)specified low distortion.
