The UPD75036GC_1100978 is an expanded version of the mPD75028. It has ROM and RAM with a larger capacity.

The minimum instruction execution time of the mPD75036 is 0.95 ms. In addition to this high-speed capability, it contains an A/D converter and furnishes high-performance functions such as the serial bus interface (SBI) function that follows the NEC standard format, providing powerful features and high cost performance.

A built-in PROM product, mPD75P036, is also available. The UPD75036GC_1100978 is suitable for small-scale production or experimental production in system development.
