UPC1905

The UPC1905 is  a control IC for the high performance switching power supply equipped with high speed/high sensitivity protecttion circuit.Control ICs for the high performance switching power supply have 3 series of UPC1905.

Features of the UPC1905 are:(1)supply voltage is as high as 31V--it is possible to drive output power MOS FET with high voltage;(2)hysteresis voltage of under voltage lockout circuit is 6.5V--the ripple allowance of input capacitor is wide and a smaller capacitor can be used;(3)directly drive power MOS FET(totem pole circuit adopted);(4)pulse by pulse pver current latch circuit incorporated;(5)over voltage latch circuit incorporated;(6)under voltage lockout circuit incorporated;(7)remote control circuit incorporated;(8)error amplifier incorporated.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UPC1905 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:31V;(2)output voltage,VC:31V;(3)output current,IC(DC):100mA;(4)peak output current,IC(peak):1.2A;(5)total power dissipation,PT(Ta=25):UPC1905CX is 1000mW,UPC1905GS is 694mW;(6)operation temperature,Topt:-20 to +85;(7)storage temperature,Tstg:-55 to +150.
