UPC1350C

The UPC1350C is sillicon monolithic integrated circuite designed for an audio power amplification at 6 volts power supply.The device contains a high gain low noise preamplifier,an automatic level control(ALC) and a high gain low distortion power amplifier.

Features of the UPC1350C are:(1)all function of preamplifier,an ALC circuit and a power amplifier are encapsulated in a 14-pins dual in-lins package with heat sink TAB;(2)low noise,especially low pulsive noise;(3)power amolifier stage has high gain,high output power and low distortion characteristics;(4)preamplifier stage has high gain and low distortion characteristics;(5)wide ALC range:output voltage change 1.8V TYP.,ALC range 60dB TYP.;(6)wide supply operating voltage range:VCC=3.5 to 10V;(7)low spurious radiation when driven to output clipping level.
