UPB8286

The UPB8286 is octal bus transceivers used for buffering microprpcessor bus lines.Being bidirectional,they are ideal for buffering the data bus lines on 8- or 16-bit microprocessors.Each B output is capable of driving 32mA low or 5mA high.

Features of the UPB8286 are:(1)data bus buffer driver for COM-8 and COM-16 families;(2)low input load current-0.2mA max;(3)high output drive capability for driving system data bus;(4)three-state outputs.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UPB8286 can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage,VCC:-0.5V to +7V;(2)input voltage,VI:-1.0V to +5.5V;(3)output voltage,VO:-0.5V to +7V;(4)operating temperature,Topt:0 to +70;(5)storage temperature,Tstg:-65 to +150.
