There are some UPB555C features as follows: (1)low supply current: ICC=7.0 mA (typ); (2)small input amplitude: Vin=150 mVPP (min) ; (3)incorporated buffer amplifier: VD=1.2 Vp-p (typ); (4)150 MHz operation is guaranteed: -35 to +75; (5)single supply voltage: VCC=5.0±0.5 V; (6)low cost.

The following is about the UPB555C absolute maximum ratings: (1)supply voltage, VCC: -0.5 to +6.0 V; (2)input voltage, Vi: -0.5 to VCC V; (3)output current, IO: -10 mA; (4)storage temperature, Tstg: -55 to +125. Then is about the recommended operating conditions: (1)supply voltage, VCC: 4.5 V min, 5.0 V typ and 5.5 V max; (2)output load capacitance, CL: 10 pF max when OUT pin; (3)ambient temperature, Ta: -35 to +75; (4)input rise time, tr: 100 ns max when M3 pin ; (5)input fall time, tf: 100 ns max when M3 pin.
