The absolute maximum ratings of the UNIL70 can be summarized as:(1)maximum power dissipation@25 case temperature:140W;(2)collector to emitter voltage,BVces:60V;(3)emitter to base voltage,BVebo:4.0V;(4)collector current,IC:8.0A;(5)storage temperature:-60 to +150;(6)operating junction temperature:+200.
