UMC5N

The UMC5N is designed as one kind of power management (dual digital transistor) that has three points of features:(1)both the DTA143X chip and DTZ144E chip in a UMT or SMT package; (2)ideal for power switch circuits; (3)mounting cost and area can be cut in half.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UMC5N can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:50V (NPN) or -50 (PNP);(2)input voltage:40V (NPN) or -20 (PNP);(3)output current:30 mA (NPN) or -100 mA (PNP);(4)junction temperature:150;(5)storage temperature:-55 to +150.
