UM91270

The UM91270 is a switchable tone/pulse dialer with twenty 18-dight number memories and a 32-dight redial memory.Pulse to tone mode switching can be performed either by using a slide switch or by depressing the tone key.

Features of the UM91270 are:(1)32-digit redial memory(31 dights in tone mode);(2)tone/pulse mode switching:tone capability avaliable in pulse mode through use of the "T"(pulse to tone)key;(3)low operating voltage:1.8 to 5.0V in pulse mode,2.5 to 5.0V in tone mode;(4)can be used with 480KHz ceramic resonator;(5)selectable make/break ratio;(6)seletable dialing rate;(7)4.0second transfer from number ti redial memory in dialing mode;(8)allows overflow in normal dialing.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UM91270 can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage(VDD-VSS):-0.3V to +6.0V;(2)input voltage(VIN):-0.3 to VDD+0.3V;(3)maximum power dissipation(at 25):600mW;(4)operating temperature(Top):-20 to +70;(5)storage temperature(Tstg):-55 to +150.
