UM4000

The UM4000 is a high power PIN diode with long carrier lifetimes and thick I-regions.It is especially suitable for use in low distortion switches and attenuators, in the HF through S band frequnencies.

Features of the UM4000 are:(1)power dissipation to 37.5W;(2)serise resistance rated at 0.5;(3)carrier lifetime greater than 5s;(4)voltage ratings to 1000V.
