UM348X

The UM348X is a mask-ROM-programmed multlinstrument melody generator, implemented in the CMOS technology. The feature of UM348X are as follows: (1)powered by a 1.5V bettery; (2)low stand-by current; (3)512-note memory, up to 16 songs; (4)play all the songs repeatedlly or auto stop; (5)play one song only, repeatedlly or auto stop; (6)every song stars from the first note; (7)any song can be present; (8)3 tlmbres-plano, organ and mandolin; (9)5 tempos available through mask setting; (10)on-chip emwelope moduletor and pre-emplifler.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UM348X are: (1)DC supply voltage: -0.3V to 5.0V; (2)input/output voltage: -0.3 to VDD +0.3V; (3)operating ambient temperature: -10 to 60; (4)storage temperature: -500 to 125.
